New Appointments and Leadership Roles Strengthen the Foundation’s Research Network
Dr. Ginu Zacharia Oommen, who serves as a distinguished member of the Progress Research Foundation (PRF) Advisory Board, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Kerala State Food Commission. This significant appointment brings his expertise in policy-making and governance to a crucial role overseeing food security and distribution in the state of Kerala, India. His position will contribute to strengthening the state’s food security measures and policy implementation.
Dr. Mélissa Levaillant joins Progress Research Foundation (PRF) as a Fellow, bringing her valuable experience from the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). Her background in international relations and European policy studies will enhance PRF’s research capabilities in global affairs and European policy matters. As a fellow, she will contribute to research and analysis in international relations and strategic studies.
Mr. Manikantha Nataraj, coming from the University of Strathclyde, joins Progress Research Foundation (PRF) as a Fellow. His academic background and research experience from one of Scotland’s leading universities will bring fresh perspectives to PRF’s research initiatives. His fellowship will focus on his areas of expertise, contributing to PRF’s research and analysis capabilities.
